If you notice a change in texture, this can be rectified by placing the tube (with the cap out of the water) into very hot (not boiling) water, for a few minutes so that the shea butter becomes liquid again. Give the tube a good shake to recombine the other ingredients (keeping your finger on the cap to ensure that it remains closed) and place it in the fridge to cool quickly.
